I posted this on my bands facebook so I also figured I’ld post it here. All I did was copy and paste. But pictures come with this post!
On Thanksgiving weekend of 2011 we recorded six songs in one fun, long day at Endless Recording Studios in Mason, New Hampshire with the intention of putting out 12” record. Shortly after that we decided it would be best if we instead put out a three song EP ‘1772’ and a three song 7” vinyl. After a long wait we can finally start telling everyone about it and that it’s more than just a dream. This past week we approved test press copies of the 7” record and it sounds really good!
The name of our new record follows along with the theme of ‘1772’ which was the year our town was established. ‘A Mill Village’ is a saying you will see on signs throughout the towns and in our own. The pictures for the cover were taken while walking around the Whitin Mill one afternoon. ‘A Mill Village’ is a three song 7” vinyl record that is limited to 100. They will be random color records with a black and white cover and will include a CD-R copy. The track listing is - 1: ‘Not Your Best Fuckin Friend’ 2:’No Self Respect’ 3:’Fallen Heroes’. We will be putting up pre-orders for the record on our webstore sometime later today. The record will be $7 (plus shipping) and we’re expecting delivery of the records around June 5th.
Please help spread the word. We are really excited and proud of this record.
Thank you,

On Saturday Josh and I took a walk around the local mill in our lovely town of Whitinsville, MA. We were taking pictures for a cover for a record that our band is putting out, we had a lot of fun doing this and it has been a while since we both got to hang out like this. It’s a mill both Josh and I have known very well over the years and have both worked at during out teens. We still know a lot of people that work in the factory, including our favorite speaker company EAW which is where I used to work at in the mill and my mom is also still employed there. Also, the drummer in our band Jeremy, works just across the river at a smaller converted mill.
I have some pretty awesome Tumblr friends :)
Help our friends in Mountain Man out!!!
Our practice space in Worcester, MA in the Webster Square area was broken into between Monday and Tuesday night. The gear that was stolen was an Orange OR50(blood underneath the power and stand-by switch) , ESP Red Strat style guitar with a black pick…
I am going to write a shorter post without the fluff:
We are trying to raise money to make some t shirts since everyone always asks about them
